Refund Policy

Conversantech holds the right to engage in negotiations and provide a refund for an appropriate portion of the amount paid by the customer for the requested service. Should you decide to cancel your order after payment, but before the commencement of work, we will refund 75% of the payment already made. If the cancellation occurs after the commencement of work, the maximum refund or charge will be 50% of the invoice. No refund or adjustments will be made if the cancellation is requested when more than 50% of the work has been completed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and email is the preferred method. Please note that telephone requests for cancellations will not be accepted.


Refund requests for services at Conversantech will be processed within 10 working days.


Refund/Cancellation for Digital Products:
  1. Once a customer has downloaded any digital product, they are not eligible for a refund. We strongly encourage customers to try the trial version of our product to ensure it meets their needs before making a purchase of digital products.
  2. Refunds for digital products will not be provided in the following cases:
    • If you decide you don't want it after downloading.
    • If you simply change your mind after the purchase.
    • In the case of accidental purchases.
    • If you lack the necessary expertise to use the item.
    • If a refund is requested on goodwill grounds.
    • If you can no longer access the item due to its removal (we recommend downloading items promptly upon purchase to avoid this situation).
  3. In case of a valid reason for return, customers are eligible for a 50% refund within 5 days from the purchase date, applicable only for digital products, not services.
  4. If a valid reason for return exists, customers will receive a 50% credit for their next purchase between 6 to 15 days from the purchase date, applicable only for digital products, not services.
  5. However, in cases of a valid reason for return, customers will not receive any refund if they inform us after 15 days from the product purchase date, applicable only for digital products, not services.
  6. All refund requests for digital products will be processed within 5 working days.
  7. To address any queries regarding the refund policy, customers are encouraged to generate a support ticket. Our support team commits to responding within 48 hours on working days after registering the query.
