Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Resume Builder Pro ("the App") is developed and maintained by Conversantech ("we", "us", or "our"). This Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App. By downloading, accessing, or using Resume Builder Pro, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Information You Enter

The App allows you to create resumes by entering information such as full name, contact information, professional summary, education, work experience, skills, projects, certifications, languages, references, a profile photo (optional), and any other information you choose to include in your resume.
This information is entered entirely by you and is used only to create, edit, preview, and export your resume.

2. Local Data Storage

All resume information created in Resume Builder Pro is stored locally on your device using the Hive local database.
The App does not upload, transmit, synchronize, or store your resume information on any server or cloud service operated by Conversantech.
Conversantech does not have access to your resume details, contact information, work history, profile photo, generated PDF or PNG files, or any other content you enter in the App.
Resume data is not backed up or synchronized to any cloud service by Conversantech.

3. Photos

You may choose to add a profile photo to your resume. Any photo selected by you is used only for inclusion in your resume and remains stored locally on your device.
The App does not upload, sell, share, or transmit your photos to Conversantech or any third party.

4. Internet Usage

Resume Builder Pro is designed to work without requiring an account or online service to create and manage resumes.
The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide login credentials.
No personal information is collected or transmitted to Conversantech during normal use of the App.

5. PDF and PNG Downloads

The App allows you to generate and save your resume as PDF or PNG files. These files are generated locally on your device.
You are responsible for how you store, share, send, print, or distribute the generated files.
Before using or sharing a generated resume, you should carefully review all information for accuracy, completeness, spelling, formatting, and relevance.

6. Premium Pro Features

Resume Builder Pro is a premium paid application.
The App does not display third-party advertisements, promotional banners, or in-app advertising.
Generated PDF and PNG resumes do not contain watermarks, mandatory branding, or logos from Resume Builder Pro.
Premium features may include access to resume templates, resume editing and preview, local resume saving, PDF export, PNG export, no advertisements, and no watermark on generated resumes.
Features may be updated, improved, removed, or changed in future versions of the App.

7. Payments and Refund Policy

Resume Builder Pro is a paid application available through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Conversantech does not collect, process, or store your payment card, UPI, bank account, billing address, or other payment details.
All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or available under Google Play's applicable refund policies.
Google Play may process eligible refund requests according to its own policies, timelines, and procedures.
Conversantech does not guarantee refunds outside the applicable Google Play refund process or where a refund is not required by law.
For purchase access issues, payment-related technical issues, or a core feature not working as described, contact us at developer@conversantech.com.

8. Permissions

Depending on your device and Android version, the App may request access to selected photos or media when you choose to add a profile photo to your resume.
The App may also use your device's file-saving or sharing features when you choose to export a resume as a PDF or PNG file.
These permissions and device features are used only to provide the functionality you request.
The App does not use permissions to collect, upload, sell, or share your personal information.

9. Data Deletion

Because resume information is stored locally on your device, you remain in control of your data.
You may delete resume information by deleting individual resumes within the App, clearing the App's data through your device settings, or uninstalling the App.
Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data may permanently remove locally stored resumes, profile photos, settings, and other App content.
Conversantech cannot recover deleted data because we do not store your resume information on our servers.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to design the App in a privacy-focused manner by storing resume data locally on your device.
However, you are responsible for securing your device, screen lock, device storage, exported files, and any copies of your resume shared with others.
No method of device storage or file sharing is completely secure. You should avoid sharing sensitive resume information unless necessary.

11. Children's Privacy

Resume Builder Pro is not specifically intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children because the App does not collect or transmit user-entered resume information to Conversantech.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App in a way that requires action, please contact us at developer@conversantech.com.

12. Third-Party Links

The App may include links that open external services, such as Google Play, email applications, file-sharing apps, or other third-party platforms.
Conversantech is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, availability, or terms of third-party services.
You should review the privacy policies and terms of any third-party service before using it.

13. Changes to This Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

We may update this Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any updates will be reflected by changing the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the App after an updated policy is published means that you accept the revised Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

14. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Resume Builder Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
While we aim to provide a reliable and useful application, Conversantech and its developers do not make warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of resume content; the availability or uninterrupted operation of the App; the suitability of a generated resume for any job application; the acceptance of a resume by employers, recruiters, institutions, or third parties; or the prevention of data loss caused by device issues, accidental deletion, uninstalling the App, or user actions.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter; reviewing all resume content before using or sharing it; maintaining backups of important files where needed; safeguarding your device and locally stored data; any PDF or PNG files generated, downloaded, or shared through the App; and ensuring that your resume content does not violate the rights of others.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conversantech, its owners, employees, developers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages, including loss of data, loss of files, loss of employment opportunities, loss of business opportunities, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
By using Resume Builder Pro, you acknowledge and agree that you use the App at your own risk.
