1. About Blur Lens Pro

• Blur Lens Pro is a paid photo editing application that allows users to apply DSLR-style blur, bokeh, focus, motion, background blur, and creative photo effects to images.
• Blur Lens Pro is available as a one-time paid application for ₹50 or the equivalent price displayed in your local app store.
• The app does not require account registration to use its main photo editing features.

2. Information Collection

• Blur Lens Pro does not require users to create an account and does not collect personal identity information through the application.
• We do not collect names, phone numbers, addresses, login credentials, identity documents, or personal profile information through the app.

3. Photos / Gallery Permission

• Blur Lens Pro may request photo library, media, or storage permission only to allow users to select images from their device gallery and save edited images back to their device.
• The app does not access photos without user action.
• Images selected for editing are used only for editing, previewing, exporting, and saving the final result.

4. Camera Permission

• If camera capture is available in the app, camera permission is used only to allow users to capture photos directly for editing.
• Camera images are processed locally on the device and are not uploaded to Conversantech servers.
• If the app version does not include camera capture, camera permission is not used.

5. Local Processing

• All image editing, blur effects, filters, cropping, styling, and related processing are performed locally on the user's device.
• Images selected for editing are not uploaded, transmitted, stored, sold, shared, or processed on Conversantech servers.

6. Local Storage and Drafts

• Edited images, recent edits, drafts, and app-generated files may be stored locally on the user's device for convenience and editing continuity.
• Users can delete saved images, drafts, or local app data at any time from within the app or device settings.
• If the app is uninstalled, app data is cleared, storage permission is changed, or device storage is cleaned, locally stored drafts, recent edits, edited images, and history may be permanently deleted.
• Conversantech is not responsible for the loss of locally stored images, drafts, history, or app-generated files caused by device issues, operating system changes, app uninstallation, clearing app data, storage cleaners, or user actions.

7. Cloud Services

• Blur Lens Pro does not provide automatic cloud synchronization of photos, edited drafts, photo history, or creations.
• User photos are not uploaded to Conversantech cloud servers.

8. Internet Access

• Internet access may be used for app updates, app store purchase verification, support links, policy links, or sharing content through third-party apps or services.
• Blur Lens Pro does not use internet access to upload user photos to Conversantech servers.

9. Advertising, Analytics and Tracking

• Blur Lens Pro is a paid version and does not display third-party advertisements.
• Blur Lens Pro does not intentionally use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, session recording, or device fingerprinting.
• If any third-party advertising SDK, analytics SDK, crash reporting SDK, or tracking service is added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

10. Third-Party Sharing

• Blur Lens Pro may allow users to share edited images through third-party apps or platforms installed on their device.
• Conversantech is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, content, actions, or services of third-party platforms.
• Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy policies and terms of any third-party app or platform they choose to use.

11. Payments and No Direct Refund Policy

• Blur Lens Pro is available as a one-time paid application for ₹50 or the local price displayed by the applicable app store at the time of purchase.
• Payments are securely processed by the applicable app store, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store.
• Conversantech does not collect, store, process, or access payment card details, banking information, UPI details, or other payment credentials.
• Conversantech does not operate a separate direct refund programme.
• All purchases are generally considered final once completed, except where a refund is approved by the applicable app store or required under applicable law.
• Any refund request must be submitted through the app store from which the application was purchased and will be subject to that app store's refund policies, review process, and applicable law.
• Nothing in this policy limits any refund, consumer protection, or legal right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Data Sharing

• We do not sell personal information collected through the application.
• We do not share user photos with Conversantech servers.
• We do not use user photos for training, advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing.

13. Data Deletion

• Users may delete edited images, drafts, or local app data from within the application or device settings.
• Uninstalling the app or clearing app data may permanently remove locally stored drafts, history, edited images, and app-generated data.
• Because this data is stored locally on the device, Conversantech may not be able to recover deleted files, drafts, history, or edited images.

14. Security

• We use reasonable security practices to help protect app-related information.
• However, no device, software, storage system, or digital environment can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
• Users are responsible for maintaining device security, operating system updates, screen locks, backups, and safe app usage.

15. Children's Privacy

• Blur Lens Pro is not intended for children under the age of 13.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
• If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

17. Policy Updates

1. Use of the Application

• Blur Lens Pro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• Users are responsible for using the application safely, lawfully, and appropriately.

2. License

• Conversantech grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Blur Lens Pro for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
• This license does not transfer ownership of the application, source code, design, branding, or related intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

• Users agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Modify, copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the application unlawfully
  • Use the application for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activities
  • Use the application in a way that violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to bypass app store payment, licensing, or security mechanisms
  • Misuse the application to create or share unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized content

4. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, application designs, interface elements, branding, text, and related content associated with Blur Lens Pro remain the property of Conversantech.
• Users retain ownership of their own photos and edited images.
• Conversantech does not claim ownership of user-created photos or edited images.

5. User Content and Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for:
  • Photos, images, text, drawings, and edits created using the application
  • Ensuring they have the rights, permissions, and consent to edit, save, export, or share content
  • Content shared through third-party platforms
  • Maintaining backups of important photos and edited images
  • Maintaining device security and integrity
• Conversantech is not responsible for user-generated content or how users choose to use, export, publish, or share edited images.

6. Editing Accuracy Disclaimer

• Editing quality, blur results, bokeh effects, color output, filter accuracy, preview appearance, and export quality may vary depending on device capability, display rendering, image resolution, source image quality, operating system version, and available device resources.
• Blur Lens Pro does not guarantee that every edit, blur, filter, or effect will produce a specific professional result on every image or device.

7. Service Changes

• Conversantech may modify, improve, update, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time.
• Some features may change due to operating system updates, device compatibility, app store requirements, or technical improvements.

8. No Warranty

• Blur Lens Pro is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conversantech disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conversantech, its developers, partners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, Blur Lens Pro.
• This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Loss of edited images, drafts, local history, or app-generated data
  • Device issues, operating system problems, or storage failures
  • App uninstallation, clearing app data, or accidental deletion
  • Third-party sharing, app store, or platform issues
  • Business interruption, financial loss, loss of opportunity, or loss of profits
  • Unauthorized access caused by device security weakness, user negligence, or third-party actions
  • Unsatisfactory editing results due to image quality, device capability, or user settings
• Users are responsible for maintaining backups of important photos and edited content before editing, exporting, uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or changing devices.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, refund right, consumer right, or legal protection that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Data Integrity

• Conversantech is not responsible for loss of locally stored drafts, edited images, recent history, or app-generated files caused by:
  • Device failure or hardware issues
  • Operating system crashes or updates
  • Application uninstallation
  • Clearing app data or cache
  • User actions
  • Storage permission changes
  • Third-party file manager, cleaner, or security applications

11. Third-Party Services

• The application may interact with third-party apps or services when users choose to share or export content.
• Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Conversantech is not responsible for third-party service availability, privacy practices, content handling, or platform behavior.

12. Support

• Response times are not guaranteed.
• Support does not include guaranteed data recovery, refund approval, device repair, third-party platform support, or restoration of deleted local files.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Subject to applicable consumer protection laws, courts located in Rajkot, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of Blur Lens Pro after updates means that users accept the revised Terms.

15. Acceptance

• By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Blur Lens Pro, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Additional Disclaimer

• Users understand and agree that they use Blur Lens Pro at their own risk.
• Blur Lens Pro is a photo editing tool. Users are responsible for verifying the safety, legality, accuracy, ownership rights, and suitability of edited content before exporting, sharing, publishing, or using it for personal, commercial, or public purposes.
• Conversantech is not responsible for misuse of the application, user-created content, deleted files, device-related issues, third-party platform issues, or results created using the application, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
• Nothing in this Disclaimer reduces or removes any mandatory legal right available to users under applicable law.
