3. Local Game Data

• Conversantech does not upload, transmit, synchronize, or store your local game progress on servers operated by Conversantech.
• If you reset your progress, clear application data, or uninstall the Application, your locally stored game progress and settings may be permanently deleted.
• Conversantech cannot recover deleted local data because it is not stored on our servers.

4. Internet Usage

• DotQuest: Connect Puzzle requires an active internet connection to operate.
• An internet connection is required for:
  • Loading and displaying advertisements
  • Checking network availability
  • Supporting Google Mobile Ads services
  • Accessing game features and app services
  • Improving app stability and performance where applicable
• If your device is offline or has an unstable internet connection, the Application may not function properly, and gameplay may not be available.
• By using the Application, you understand that internet connectivity is required for normal app operation.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

• DotQuest: Connect Puzzle uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements, such as banner ads, interstitial ads, or other supported ad formats.

7. App Permissions

Internet Access (INTERNET)

• Used to connect to the internet, load advertisements, access online services, support Google Mobile Ads, and allow the Application to operate properly.

Network State Access (ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE)

• Used to check whether your device has an active network connection and to handle network-related behavior properly.

• These permissions are used only to support app functionality, advertisements, and network availability checks.
• The Application does not use these permissions to collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, or personal files.

8. Teen Users and Target Audience

• DotQuest: Connect Puzzle is designed as a casual puzzle game for users aged 13 and above.
• The Application includes simple puzzle gameplay with dots, fruits, animals, colors, and connecting paths. It does not include user-generated content, chat features, social networking features, gambling, violence, or account registration.
• The Application is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13.

  • Are for entertainment and gameplay purposes only
  • Have no real-world cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for money
  • Cannot be transferred outside the Application
  • May be lost if local app data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled
• Conversantech is not responsible for loss of local game items caused by uninstalling the Application, clearing app data, device reset, device failure, or user action.

10. Data Security

• We design the Application to store gameplay progress locally where applicable.
• However, no method of electronic storage, device storage, network transmission, or mobile application operation is completely secure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, app data, and device settings.

11. Data Deletion

• Because game progress and settings are stored locally on your device, you can delete local data by:
  • Using any reset option available inside the Application
  • Clearing the Application data from your device settings
  • Uninstalling the Application
• Deleting or clearing app data may permanently remove your level progress, coins, themes, skins, settings, and other locally saved data.
• Conversantech cannot restore local data once it is deleted because we do not store it on our servers.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

• The Application may include links or integrations with third-party services, including Google services, app store pages, advertising networks, or external websites.
• We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, policies, security, or availability of third-party services.
• Your use of third-party services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, visual artwork, original code, UI designs, game mechanics, sound effects, level configurations, names, branding, and other materials within DotQuest: Connect Puzzle are owned by Conversantech or licensed to Conversantech.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You agree not to:
  • Copy, modify, or redistribute the Application
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Application
  • Create derivative works from the Application
  • Resell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application
  • Use the Application in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

  • Accuracy of game progress or local data
  • Compatibility with every device or Android version
  • Preservation of locally stored data
  • Availability of all levels, themes, skins, or features at all times
• Your use of the Application is at your own discretion and risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conversantech, its owners, employees, developers, affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising from:
  • Use of the Application
  • Inability to use the Application
  • Loss of local game progress
  • Loss of coins, skins, themes, or settings
  • Device issues, app crashes, or operating system errors
