1. Overview

• Snake Rush is a casual fruit adventure game where users control a snake, collect fruits, avoid obstacles, unlock snakes, collect coins, and progress through gameplay challenges.
• Snake Rush is a free-to-play application that does not require account registration to play.

2. Information We Do Not Directly Collect

• Conversantech does not directly collect personal identity information such as name, email address, phone number, address, account login details, payment information, contact list, photos or media files, or precise location.
• The Application does not require account registration or login to play the game.

3. Local Processing and Local Game Data

• Gameplay processing is performed on your device.
• The Application may store certain game-related data locally on your device, including high scores, game progress, level progress, collected coins, unlocked snakes, game preferences, sound settings, haptic or vibration settings, and other gameplay-related settings.
• This data is stored locally on your device and is used only to provide gameplay functionality, save your progress, and improve your in-app experience.
• Conversantech does not upload, transmit, synchronize, or store your local game progress on servers operated by Conversantech.
• If you clear app data, reset progress, or uninstall the Application, locally stored game progress, high scores, coins, unlocked snakes, and settings may be permanently deleted.
• Conversantech cannot recover deleted local data because it is not stored on our servers.

4. Cloud Services

• The Application currently does not provide automatic cloud synchronization of game progress, high scores, coins, unlocked snakes, or user settings.
• If cloud sync, account login, online profile, leaderboard, or backup features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Internet Access

• The Application may use internet access for certain features, including loading and displaying advertisements, supporting Google Mobile Ads services, checking network availability, loading online resources where applicable, app updates or service-related communication where applicable, and third-party services used by the Application.
• If your device is offline or has an unstable internet connection, advertisements or online-dependent features may not work properly. Core gameplay availability may depend on the technical design of the Application.

6. Advertising and Third-Party Services

• The Application may display advertisements using third-party advertising services such as Google Mobile Ads / AdMob.
• Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect and share certain data for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance purposes.
• This may include IP address, device and account identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID or App Set ID), app interactions (such as ad views, taps, app launches, and usage activity), diagnostic information (such as crash logs, app performance, and technical data), approximate location inferred from IP address, and other data processed by Google Mobile Ads according to Google's policies.
• Google and its partners may use this data to show advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and invalid traffic, improve ad delivery, provide analytics and reporting, and comply with legal and platform requirements.
• Conversantech is not responsible for the content, claims, products, services, privacy practices, or terms of third-party advertisements or external websites opened from advertisements.
• Users interact with advertisements and third-party services at their own risk.

7. Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads

• Depending on your device settings, region, consent choices, and Google policies, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
• You may be able to manage ad personalization through your Android device settings or Google account ad settings.
• Where required by applicable law or platform policy, the Application or its advertising partners may request consent or provide privacy choices related to advertising.

8. App Permissions

• Internet Access: Used to connect to the internet, load advertisements, support Google Mobile Ads, access online resources, and allow network-dependent features to work.
• Network State Access: Used to check whether your device has an active network connection and to handle network-related behavior properly.
• Vibration / Haptics: Used to provide tactile feedback during gameplay, such as when collecting fruits, taking damage, completing an action, or interacting with game elements.
• The Application does not request camera, contacts, microphone, or photo/media permissions for normal gameplay.
• Permissions are used only to support app functionality, advertisements, network availability checks, and gameplay feedback.
• The Application does not use these permissions to collect your name, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, or personal files.

9. Analytics and Tracking

• The Application does not intentionally perform session recording, screen recording, or device fingerprinting by Conversantech.
• However, third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads may collect limited technical, diagnostic, usage, and advertising-related information according to their own policies.
• This information may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, app performance, and compliance purposes.

10. Third-Party Links and Sharing

• The Application may allow users to share game results, high scores, or gameplay-related content through third-party platforms, apps, or services selected by the user.
• Conversantech is not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, content, security, or availability of third-party platforms.
• When you share any result or content outside the Application, you are responsible for the information you choose to share.

11. Contact Information

• If you contact us at developer@conversantech.com, your email address, message content, and any information you voluntarily provide will be used only for communication, support, bug review, feedback, or app-related assistance.
• We do not sell support emails or contact messages.

12. Data Sharing

• Conversantech does not sell personal information collected through the Application.
• The Application may include third-party SDKs such as Google Mobile Ads, which may collect and share data according to their own policies for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

13. Data Deletion

• Because game progress and settings are stored locally on your device, you can delete local data by using any reset option available inside the Application (where provided), clearing the Application data from your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
• Deleting or clearing app data may permanently remove your high scores, coins, unlocked snakes, progress, settings, and other locally saved data.
• Conversantech cannot restore local data once it is deleted because we do not store it on our servers.

14. Data Security

• We use reasonable security practices to help protect locally stored information and design the Application in a privacy-conscious manner.
• However, no method of device storage, app operation, network transmission, or electronic storage is completely secure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, screen lock, app data, and any information you choose to share outside the Application.

15. Children's Privacy and Target Audience

• The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
• Use by minors should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
• If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us at developer@conversantech.com.

16. Policy Updates

• This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.
• Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this document.
• Continued use of the Application after updates means that you accept the revised Privacy Policy.

1. Use of the Application

• The Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• You use the Application at your own discretion and risk.
• Conversantech does not guarantee that the Application will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every user's needs.

2. License

• Conversantech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal and lawful entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You do not receive ownership rights in the Application, code, design, branding, characters, levels, graphics, content, or intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

• Users agree not to:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Modify, copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Application unlawfully
  • Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Application
  • Hack, alter game files, or artificially modify coins, scores, unlocked items, or progress
  • Use cheats, bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized modifications
  • Use the Application for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities
  • Interfere with advertisements, app functionality, tracking systems, or reward systems
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, manipulate, or misuse any app feature

4. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, app names, game designs, characters, snake designs, levels, UI elements, visual artwork, sound effects, code, content, and related materials associated with the Application are owned by Conversantech or licensed to Conversantech.
• Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is prohibited.

5. User Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for:
  • Maintaining device security and integrity
  • Using the Application safely and responsibly
  • Managing locally stored game progress and settings
  • Any result or content shared through third-party platforms
  • Any interaction with third-party advertisements or services
  • Avoiding unsafe or excessive gameplay

6. Gameplay and Performance Disclaimer

• Game performance, frame rates, visual effects, controls, responsiveness, and gameplay experience may vary depending on device hardware capability, screen size and screen responsiveness, operating system version, battery condition, storage availability, network condition where applicable, app version, and user behavior.
• The Application is provided for entertainment purposes only.
• Conversantech does not guarantee uninterrupted gameplay, perfect performance, preservation of progress, or compatibility with every device or Android/iOS version.

7. Virtual Coins, Rewards, and Game Items

• The Application may include local gameplay items such as coins, rewards, high scores, unlockable snakes, level progress, and other game items or settings.
• Unless clearly stated otherwise, these items are for entertainment and gameplay purposes only, have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred outside the Application, and may be lost if local app data is cleared or the Application is uninstalled.
• Conversantech is not responsible for loss of local game items caused by uninstalling the Application, clearing app data, device reset, device failure, app errors, or user action.

8. Third-Party Services and Advertising

• The Application may use third-party services and display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.
• These services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.
• Conversantech is not responsible for third-party advertisement content, products or services promoted through ads, external websites opened from ads, privacy practices of third-party services, claims made by advertisers, or transactions or interactions between users and advertisers.
• Users interact with third-party advertisements, links, and services at their own risk.

9. Service Modifications

• Conversantech reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue any Application feature at any time without prior notice.
• This may include changes to gameplay, levels, snakes, coins, rewards, advertisements, UI, features, or supported platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conversantech, its owners, employees, developers, affiliates, partners, and contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages resulting from use of the Application, inability to use the Application, data loss or device-related issues, loss of locally stored game progress, loss of high scores, coins, unlocked snakes, rewards, or settings, app crashes, bugs, or performance issues, third-party sharing or services, third-party advertisements or external links, user actions, misuse, or device issues, or any unauthorized modification or misuse of the Application.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Data Integrity

• Conversantech is not responsible for loss of locally stored game progress, high scores, coins, unlocked snakes, settings, preferences, or app data caused by device failure or hardware issues, operating system crashes or updates, application uninstallation, clearing app data, user actions, device reset, storage issues, or app bugs or technical failures.
• Users should not rely on the Application as the only place to store important game progress or information.

12. Children's Use

• The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13.
• Use by minors should be supervised by a parent or legal guardian.

13. Health, Safety, and Screen Use Disclaimer

• The Application is an entertainment game.
• Users are responsible for using the Application sensibly and taking breaks as needed.
• Conversantech is not responsible for discomfort, fatigue, eye strain, hand strain, distraction, or other effects that may arise from prolonged screen use or gameplay.
• Do not use the Application while driving, walking in traffic, operating machinery, or in any situation where your attention is required elsewhere.
• If you experience discomfort while using the Application, stop using it and take appropriate rest.

• Continued use of the Application after updates means that you accept the revised Terms.

17. Acceptance

• By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Additional Liability Disclaimer

• Users understand and agree that they use the Application at their own risk.
• To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conversantech, its developers, owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and contractors shall not be held responsible for direct or indirect damage caused through use of the Application, loss of game progress, coins, high scores, unlocked snakes, rewards, settings, or local app data, device issues, crashes, storage issues, battery drain, overheating, data usage charges, or operating system problems, third-party service or advertisement problems, financial loss, business interruption, or lost opportunities, unauthorized access caused by device or user security issues, user decisions based on game scores, progress, rewards, or advertisement content, or discomfort, distraction, or strain from prolonged screen use or gameplay.
• Nothing in this disclaimer removes any consumer rights or legal protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
